Silver members can also access a library of training courses on communication skills and sound, including the seven-hour video course How To Speak So That People Want To Listen, which originally retailed for £998. You can upgrade at any time and Silver membership costs less than £1 a day.
Never has the world needed listening more than it does now. We teach our children how to read and write, but not how to listen; in our ocular culture, many people have become numb to sound and uninterested in listening: most people are more concerned with being heard than with listening to others, so noise escalates.
